After the Offer To Purchase (OTP) has been accepted there are other important steps to complete.

• We assist with the satifaction of any conditions on the offer.
• We forward all pertinient documents to appropriate parties to help faciliate an expedient closing.
• We co-ordintate auxilary services such as home insurers, alarm services etc.

As your closing date nears, we will check its progress because staying on top of things means you'll know immediately if there's a problem that must be dealt with. We will then set the wheels in motion for you to receive your AIR MILES®.
