We will assist in negotiating an offer and draw up the legal document of the Offer to Purchase (OTP).

After the offer has been accepted we will handle follow-up on all mortgage and other closing procedures.

As your closing date nears, we will check its progress because staying on top of things means you'll know immediately if there's a problem that must be dealt with.
