From the beginning of his more than 30 year career, Gerry Carriere has focused on customer satisfaction. He recognized early that hard work, attention to detail and unparalleled customer sevice are keys to making his business grow. As a lifelong resident of Winnipeg, he has a unique, long-term understanding of the city, its neighbourhoods and its people enabling him to focus on the needs and expectations of the families and individuals he serves.

Over his many award winning years of business, Gerry has remained faithful to those all important keys to success. He believes in placing his client's interests ahead of all others and providing education and guidance throughout the home buying and selling process. Gerry's expertise is in new/resale homes and condominium sales, he also has extensive experience in condominium project development and recreational property.

Gerry Carriere along with his brother Raymond Carriere and other partners founded Century 21 Carrie.com in 1977 and has developed a solid business with 70 plus agents and two Winnipeg offices making Carrie.com a prominent name in the Real Estate industry.

Seven years ago Gerry teamed up with Tracey Anderson to form Gerry Carriere and Associates. Tracey brought military relocation expertise, drive for customer satisfaction and a network of co-operating agents in major cities to the team.
