Planning:
- Getting the house ready is now easy after having prepared it for the listing. (Preparing your home.) Your home should be in tip-top condition and ready for potential buyers.
- Together we will select the date that will fit both schedules not conflict with major holidays or events.
Promoting:
- We will advertise your open house in every available appropriate medium.
- Have available color flyers filled with quality photos and reasons for a buyer to purchase your home.
- We will work together to promote your open house date and time utilizing social media, internet and print advertising.
Presenting:
- Let in the light. Bright lights provide a cheerful environment and make a small space appear larger. Pull back all the drapes and open the blinds. Turn on all the lights. For rooms that you want to have a warm, cozy feeling, use softer lights.
- Little touches such as fresh flowers, lit candles in the bathrooms, new logs in the fireplace, or a bowl of fresh fruit on the kitchen counter. You may even want to set your dining room table with color-coordinated table settings. Display fresh towels.
- Adjust the temperature. Keep the home comfortable -- not too cold or too hot.
- Safeguard your stuff. Stash valuables and prescription medications in a safe place.
- Remove your pets from the house and your cars from the driveway.
