	Tracey Anderson joined the Century 21 Carrie.com team in 1994. Since then her focus has been helping families, first-time buyers and professional couples find just the right home in Winnipeg. As a military spouse for almost 20 years Tracey has a special insight into the needs of relocating clients as well. With a network of co-operating agents in major centers and military locations, she can co-ordinate your move from start to finish, all within the employer's guidelines. Tracey has developed programs and strategies to assist home-owners use their equity to invest in sound revenue-generating properties, as well as assisting purchasers from other provinces to invest in Winnipeg's future.
